

I keep seeing the promises that tenure matters, keep your plan, etc. I provided the chat IDs and logs and what times I reached out, they really don't honor what they promise even if you keep the receipts. Now I've cancelled a 3rd line, which I didn't want to.

Today I'm told I was never eligible for the free watch plan and sorry for the miscommunication. Recieved partial charge and fees for line that I requested to cancel on 1/12, and my watch was not free. Reached out and they said there was nothing I could do to keep the discount so now I've cancelled a 2nd line, which I didn't want to. On 2/4/22 I get a notification that I'm losing all promotions on my 2nd line because I cancelled a line on my account.

I asked about the free watch offer because I didn't see any change, they apologized and resubmitted and says it was taken care of. I reached out again and they said it was taken care of that day. On 2/3/22, first day of my bill cycle I noticed the line was still active. While cancelling the line they offered to make my Galaxy watch plan free, which I accepted. On 1/12/22 I had to cancel one line on my account, was told everything was set to go. Just sharing my story for anyone believing anything promised by Sprint/T-Mobile as part of this migration.

Basically as easy of a customer as you could want. Autopay, paperless, and I rarely ever reach out for anything.
